Payment Methods:

Payments are made via Paypal which is safe, secure and used all around the world. You don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal, just your credit or debit card. Visit Paypal for more information.
If you live in New Zealand you are welcome to make payment via online bank transfer. Please note that bank transfers must be made within 3 working days of the order being placed or it will be cancelled. If you would like to use a bank transfer please email shop@letsgoretro.co.nz and we'll send you all the details you need.

We'd also like to assure you of our very high ethical standards when it comes to the privacy of your details. Since your payments are made via Paypal they are done well away from our website so we don't even get to see any of your numbers and Paypal is extremely safe and secure! Any name, address or email details we have for you will never, ever be given to a third party. Promise!

Damaged in Transit

The nice thing about using Fastways couriers is that they will cover any items lost or damaged in transit and because they promise to do that it very rarely happens!  If your parcel is delivered while you're home please ensure that you open and inspect your purchase before signing for it.

Returns and Exchanges:

It must be stressed that Let's Go Retro is a vintage store and as such what you are purchasing can never ever be a new item. However, we do strive to give very accurate descriptions of the condition of your purchases. If you disagree with how something was described or you're just not happy with it we are happy to refund your purchase price with the following conditions:

1)  Sorry but there are no refunds available on sale items or custom ordered pieces.

2)  You must Contact Us with your intention to exchange or return your purchase within 3 days of receipt.

Let's Go Retro does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us so please ensure that your item is tracked. 
Return shipping expenses are to be covered by the customer and all items must be in the same condition they were in when shipped to you - unused and with all original tags and packaging attached.
